PKK111 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use PKK111, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be physically located in the Philippines.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise prohibited from online gaming.

• PKK111 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit originating from an account not registered under your name may be reversed.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Receiving a chargeback or disputed transaction from your payment provider.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the platform's dormancy policy.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If closure is due to circumstances outside your control or at your own request, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable checks.

10 Limitation of Liability
